Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Standard Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing from smartcases.com.au if for any reason you would like to return your product we offer a no quibble return policy for whatever the reason is.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from our online store:
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all of the original accessories that was sent in the order and documentation that were included when you received it.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we made a error with your order or the product was faulty.
How to Return an Item
To return an item to smartcases.com.au, sign in to your account with your email address and password.
After you sign in, you will see the items on your most recent order. Locate the item you want to return and click the Return request link. On the next page, select the item you would like to return and click the Continue button. Please tell us the reason for return and then submit the form. Once we receive your request to return the item one of our customer services advisors will authorize the return and tell you where to send the product back to.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within seven business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be available into your account.
Exchange an item
Item exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is in stock we will send your item the same day we receive the original order back and we will notify you when we sending you the product via email.
