How to Return a case

To return an item to smartcases.com.au, sign in to your account with your email address and password.

After you sign in, you will see the items on your most recent order. Locate the item you want to return and click the Return request link. On the next page, select the item you would like to return and click the Continue button. Please tell us the reason for the return and then submit the form. Once we receive your request to return the item one of our customer services advisers will authorize the return and tell you where to send the product back to.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within seven business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be available into your account.

Exchange an item

Item exchanges are subject to product availability of Huawei GT Silver Milanese wristband. If the item is in stock we will send your item the same day we receive the original order back and we will notify you when we sending you the product via email.

FREE & PAID POSTAGE

We have recently launched express post & registered post shipping on its website. Therefore, now customers have more choices to personalize their shipping choice. We usually post all items within the same day if you purchase before 2  pm. We maintain strict shipping cut off time. Still, if you need your accessories urgent, you can email us. We will try our best to post your items within the same day. In that case, we suggest you complete the purchase before 4 pm. You can always email us after-sale sales service. If you receive the wrong items or not satisfied with the products, please do let us know. We will resolve your issue as soon as possible. We recommend you to keep the original envelope. Just in case if you need to return or exchange the item.
