  3. I received my case for my tablet and it was put into a DOCUMENT ONLY express post. Consequently it was damaged and I have sent a couple of emails with photos of the damage asking how to return this item. I have heard absolutely NOTHING and there’s no phone number to talk to anyone. I like the case, but not enamoured with the lack of service.

  5. I ordered a phone case from these morons on the 27th March and still no confirmation email??? I googled how to contact them and sent an email requesting confirmation and they ignore me…

    The order you sent me was the wrong one ..-yet- you still charge me via afterpay ..so you keep getting your money and I never even received the right order!!

    Unfortunately, the order I received today was suitable for S21 not S21PLUS.

    The mobile case, 2 screen protector, and 3 lens protectors are all the wrong size!

    So you didn’t change the order at all! Despite all communications I wrote to you to warn you it’s a S21Plus NOT S21. You still sent the wrong one. What a shame!
